The institution was founded in the memory of Sant Nischal Singh Ji Maharaj in year 1999. The institution is a Self-financing one with an efficient management at its budding stage. With 200 B.Ed & 100 D.Ed students at its par, the college is committed to imparting quality education to them to enable them to become good, responsible, successful and trained teachers. The college has a total of 15 B.Ed & 8 D.Ed qualified and experienced staff members. The students coming from out of the district as well as from other states are provided with hostel facility. The college has various support services like library, Language laboratories, Educational Technology Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Sports facilities, Play ground, numerous audio-visual aids and equipments etc. to facilitate pupil-teacher education. Stupendous additions are planned and targeted every year to ensure efficient training. With in a short period, the institution has blazed many a trail and scaled new heights of distinction in the academic field as well as in the co-academic ones. The academic report of every year is a proof of what glory the students have brought to the institution.

The initiative and commitment of the members of the management has helped not only in utilizing the existing resources but also tapped new ones and managed the finance of the college. Due priority has been given for the well- being of the students and welfare of the staff. Our college undergoes the process of assessment and accreditation to measure its effectiveness and efficiency and to identify areas of its strength and weakness. It is an opportunity to introspect our-selves. Since then the college has marched ahead with constant upgradation of curriculum and new teaching techniques to keep abreast of the changing world scenario but never compromising on values laid down by Sant ji. A special divinity department has been set up to impart spiritual and moral education to the girls.
